LAST week's easing of restrictions across regional Victoria came as welcome news to many, but it wasn't what staff at the Robinvale Golf Club needed to hear.

Since the pandemic hit, the club has shifted its bistro offerings to home delivery and its 30 staff are on JobKeeper payments.
