‘The Original’ sets target for others

DEAD batteries in a Gameboy kick-started the career of Australia’s first indigenous professional darts player.

The 32-year-old – who in 2017 became the first indigenous Australian to win a title with the Professional Darts Corporation when he took out the Auckland Darts Masters – revealed he wasn’t over the moon about competitive darts when growing up in Perth, where his parents both played.
