DUAL Olympic silver-medal rower Josh Dunkley-Smith will be the guest speaker at the Northern Mallee Sports Star of the Year awards at Club DaVinci on February 7.
The silver medallist at the 2012 London and 2016 Rio de Janeiro Games has also won medals five times at the World Rowing Championships.
