MILDURA Workers Bowls Club’s Thelma Hicks is in rare air.

The 74-year-old is believed to be the first Sunraysia bowler to hold the region’s Ladies Over 60s Singles, the State Singles and the Champion of Champions Singles titles.

She clinched the latter 25-24 last week at Irymple Bowls Club against Red Cliffs’ Annemaree Clarke.
