MANANGATANG'S famous Cup meeting is set to receive a cash injection of $14,000, with Member for Northern Victoria Mark Gepp announcing $7000 from the Victorian Racing Industry Fund to support the event and Manangatang Racing Club pitching in another $7000.

The meeting attracts about 3000 visitors to the tiny town, with free shuttle buses from neighbouring towns ferrying racegoers to the event.
