MILDURA’S Kate Bourchier is off to the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii, for a third time.

The 40-year-old competed at the 2012 and 2014 championship but after a long break she’s ready to tackle the October 12, 3.8km swim, 180km ride and 42km run event.
