AFL draft expert Callum Twomey has likened former Red Cliffs junior Dylan Stephens to Greater Western Sydney  star Josh Kelly ahead of the AFL Under 18 Championships.

The AFL.com.au columnist chose 20 prospects who will be in action from tomorrow at the championships that could catch the eye of AFL recruiters come draft time later this year.

South Australian-based Stephens, who moved from the district to complete his schooling in Adelaide and is  playing with Norwood in the SANFL, will represent his adopted state in Division 1 of the championships.
