COBURG Football Club expects former Red Cliffs footballer Tyson Old to be in line for VFL selection early in season 2019.
The 22-year-old joins the Lions after strong performances for Northern Football League club Northcote Park, with Coburg general manager Sebastian Spagnuolo already impressed with Old’s work on the training track.
“We see him playing as a midfielder and small forward, he has good speed and there’s no reason why he can’t play some serious VFL game-time in 2019,” he said.
