STEPHEN Thouliss was understandably pumped to come away with two gold medals from the weekend's Victorian Jiu Jitsu Championships.

The 36-year-old from Mildura Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) claimed overall honours in two divisions as over 1600 grapplers took to the mats in Melbourne.
