MILDURA'S Cameron Waters twice finished in sixth position during his return to Supercars racing at the weekend.

Three races were run as part of the Sydney SuperSprint, the first round back after the coronavirus put the 2020 season on pause.

In Saturday's sole race, Waters finished sixth, his Ford Mustang having dropped three spots from his starting position.
