THE Sunraysia Hockey Association (SHA) is hoping to attract new players who might otherwise be missing out on sport due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The SHA has announced a start date for junior competition on the week of July 17 and senior competition the week of July 24. 

Media representative Kara Taylor suggests those who have had their “usual” sport called off could give hockey a go.
