IT seems it will take a bit more than a few mils of rain to put a dampener on the excellent fishing to be had in our local waters. 

Over the long weekend some good Murray cod were landed, including an 80cm cod caught on a grub in the Wakool River at Kyalite by Scott Credlin. Several other fish to 80cm were also caught in the same area on trolled lures.
