A STRONG family connection has resumed at Merbein Football Netball Club with the return of star ruckman Matthew Rix.
Rix, who rose to prominence after winning the club’s senior best and fairest in 2013 as a 17-year-old, comes back to the team he left to pursue his studies after the 2015 season.
