Public or private: Cupper goes Benham on hospital management

FORMER Mildura state MP and candidate at next year's election Ali Cupper has accused sitting member Jade Benham of "double-speak" over future management of the Mildura Base Public Hospital.

The move comes after Ms Benham made public comments about the previously privately run hospital.
