THE Murray-Darling Basin Plan was always envisaged to be a dynamic document that would be improved with the benefit of lived experience.

That is according to National Farmers Federation (NFF) chief executive Tony Mahar who, alongside NFF president Fiona Simson, visited Menindee and Mildura farmers and community leaders on Wednesday.
