A YOUNG woman has accused a Mildura computer technician of stealing and sharing an intimate image from her phone when she left it for repairs.

Cheyne Johnson, 20, pleaded guilty to the charges before Mildura Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.

A police prosecutor said in January 2016 the victim, then 15 years old, took her phone to a Mildura computer store for Johnson to carry out repairs.
