A MILDURA man has pleaded not guilty to the alleged rape of a young woman near Seventh Street and San Mateo Avenue last year, in which she sustained a fractured eye socket.

The man is facing charges of rape, stalking, intentionally causing serious injury and common law assault, faced a committal hearing on Friday at Mildura Magistrates' Court.
