A TEENAGER has fronted a children's court after painting a large graffiti tag under Mildura's marina bridge.

Shortly after, the then 17-year-old was caught red-handed with a bag full of spray paints.

Police received an anonymous call from a witness and arrived at the scene to find the accused walking along the bridge with his parents and a sibling.
