MALLEE District Aboriginal Services CEO Harold Rudolph Kirby wiped back tears after a jury took just 20 minutes to acquit him on charges of rape and sexual assault on Wednesday.

Mr Kirby nodded to members of the jury and hugged supporters in court after the unanimous verdicts were announced in Griffith District Court just after 4pm.
