A YOUNG woman sustained a serious head wound and bruising to her body after she was filmed being beaten by a pregnant 17-year-old, a Children's Court has heard.

The accused pleaded guilty to intentionally causing injury and false imprisonment after repeatedly punching and stomping on a victim's back and head while she was trapped in the corner of a bedroom.
