A WENTWORTH man must pay more than $5000 in damages after barricading himself inside a Mildura motel room while in the midst of a drug-fuelled bender.

Anthony John Lever pleaded guilty to charges before the Mildura Magistrates' Court on Wednesday following the incident in June.
