AN opportunistic thief has been sentenced to a month's jail after police arrested her on a number of outstanding offences.

Stephanie Eunice Taylor, a 42-year-old, unemployed Mildura woman with an ice habit, pleaded guilty to charges including theft and drug possession before Mildura's Koori Court on Thursday.
