A JUDGE has ordered a psychiatric report before he sentences a Mildura man over blackmailing two women he met on a dating website after the man's counsel said he had been affected by mental health issues at the time. 

Brenton Healey pleaded guilty to blackmail and using a carriage service to harass at a sitting of the County Court in Mildura on Thursday.
