A MAN who breached bail three times by not turning up to court admitted he had been "ducking police until a new magistrate was in court".

Brendan Walters was arrested on outstanding warrants on Friday morning, before pleading guilty to four counts of theft, three charges of failing to answer bail and committing an indictable offence while on bail.
