A MAGISTRATE has labelled a Mildura man who sent threatening messages to the victim of a stabbing a "bully and a thug".

Before Mildura Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, Magistrate Peter Dunn sentenced Danni-Jay Coslovich to six months' jail after he pleaded guilty to using a carriage service to harass.
