POLICE are appealing for public help to locate missing 18-year-old Hayley Brittain.

Hayley was last seen on September 21 at a library in Stuart Street, Dandenong about 1pm, but is known to frequent Mildura.

Police have concerns for her welfare due to the length of time she has been missing.
