MDAS CEO to stand trial for rape

MILDURA District Aboriginal Services chief executive officer Harold Rudolph Kirby will stand trial in December on four charges, including two counts of rape.

Mr Kirby is facing two counts of sexual intercourse without consent and two further counts of assault with act of indecency.

The trial, to take place in the New South Wales District Court at Griffith, is expected to take four to five days.
