THE teenager accused of lighting a fire at Mildura's Kmart store, causing $100,000 worth of damage, has had his case adjourned for a month.

Before a children's court, the 17-year-old's defence counsel Rebecca Boreham asked for four weeks to enable her to discuss the issues of the case with police prosecutors.
