A MAGISTRATE has urged a lawyer to have a "serious conversation" with a man accused of sending images of his penis to a 15-year-old girl on Facebook.

Mildura Magistrates' Court was this week told the man was a registered sex offender when he repeatedly attempted to contact the teenager even after she told him her age and asked him to stop.
