A BURONGA man has admitted seriously injuring his partner after she was found lying in the gutter with a fractured arm in the Mildura central business district.

Mildura Magistrates' Court was this week told the 27-year-old man and 25-year-old victim had been drinking heavily in July and were both "quite intoxicated" when the assault took place in the early hours of the morning.
