A MAN involved in the trafficking of a "substantial trade" of methamphetamine who was covertly filmed by police discussing drug deals has been jailed.

Thirty-six-year-old Steve Papadopoulos was this week sentenced to almost three years in jail after he was caught as part of a police sting targetting the trafficking of methamphetamine in the Mildura area in 2023.
