A MILDURA man who was on 12 counts of bail when he assaulted a woman by striking her multiple times on a busy Mildura street shortly after his release from custody has again been jailed.

Thirty-year-old Allan Whyman this week also admitted assaulting a protective services officer while he was being served breakfast in custody and stealing bottles of alcohol from BWS at Mildura Central.
