A WOMAN described as acting like a "wild animal" has admitted she "lost her sh**" when she barricaded herself in a bedroom and took a swipe at a police officer with a broom.

The Mildura Magistrates' Court was told police arrived at the Mildura address about 8.40am on June 19 last year following reports that an occupant was armed with a knife.
