A MAN who reached speeds up to 170kmh in an "outrageous" display of driving along Deakin Avenue has been jailed.

The Mildura Magistrates' Court was told Paul Jenkins ignored red light traffic signals and passed vehicles on the wrong side of the road while police, including the Victoria Police Air Wing, tracked his movements on the evening of May 31 this year.
