A SOUTH Australian man accused of using his horse transport business as part of a drug empire to traffick millions of dollars of marijuana into Victoria, including Mildura, has been released on bail on "the strictest of possible terms".

Forty-three-year-old Luke O'Neill was arrested at Cullulleraine on Thursday last week after police tracked him allegedly trafficking cannabis into the Mildura region.
