A SOUTH Australian man accused of using his horse transport business to traffick more than $1 million worth of marijuana into Victoria, including Mildura, is expected to make an application to be released on bail this week.

Forty-three-year-old Luke O'Neill was arrested at Cullulleraine last Thursday after police tracked him allegedly trafficking cannabis into the Mildura region.
