A MILDURA man who relapsed back into "pretty alarming" drug use returned to theft and dishonesty offending as a result, a court has been told.

The Mildura Magistrates' Court heard that while Jackson Rose had 22 pages of prior criminal history, he had been relatively offence-free since 2018.
