POLICE have vowed to continue to crack down on impaired drivers in the region following the "completely unacceptable" behaviour on local roads during a targeted Long's Birthday long-weekend operation.

Police were left shaking their heads after detecting 14 impaired drivers across the Mildura and Swan Hill areas over the long-weekend after publicly warning motorists of the planned operation.
