Driver’s charter defence dismissed

A WODONGA woman who raised defences within the Charter of Human Rights after it was alleged she had been caught speeding has had her licence suspended.

Tracey Quinn appeared at the Mildura Magistrates Court last Friday to contest a speeding offence clocked by a police officer using a radar device that allegedly recorded her driving at 130km/h in a 110km/h zone near Ouyen.
