A MAJOR cross-border police operation led to 16 arrests last weekend with a unique family connection of four relatives from Victoria and New South Wales Police working side-by-side to help keep the community safe.

Operation Hawker ran from Friday, May 30 to Sunday, June 1, targeting cross-border criminal activity and reducing road trauma in the Mildura region.
