A VIOLENT and anti-social Mildura man who stole a vulnerable 10-year-old boy's backpack as the child waited for a mate to have a kick of footy has been jailed.

The Mildura Magistrates' Court this week heard 30-year-old Narzzouli Togo was masked and wearing sunglasses when he circled the child while on a bike at Mildura Recreation Reserve late last year
