A MILDURA man compromised his parole eligibility after attempting to contact his ex-partner and children 34 times using the prison phone system.

The 33-year-old, who cannot be named to protect the victims, was due for a parole hearing on April 27 this year, as he would have served six months of a one-year sentence at Ravenhall Correctional Centre.
