A RED Cliffs man on the sex offenders register is accused of using Snapchat and Messenger to contact and arrange meetups with teenage girls.

Laurie Oliver, 19, was arrested on March 18 this year and remains in custody, for allegedly breaching reporting obligations imposed upon him by the Country Court last November.
