TECHNOLOGY has outsmarted a Red Cliffs woman who tried to steal about $4000 worth of goods from her neighbour.

The Mildura Magistrates' Court heard Jessica Pascoe entered her neighbour's address about 5am on October 28 last year and gained access to the house via a side door and unlocked a shed in the rear yard.
