ONE person has been killed and two others injured in a early morning house fire in Mildura.

Fire crews along with police and ambulance officers were called to a Keam Street address at about 6.50am on Friday.

Victoria Police said inside the fire affected property a body of one person who is yet to be formally identified was found, while two others from the incident were taken to hospital.
