A SERIAL rapist who attacked one of his multiple victims in a Mildura motel room will spend more than two decades in jail for his "cold, calculated" and "appalling" offending.

Immigration agent Xiaodong (Frank) Hu secretly gave his victims drugs to render them unconscious before he committed the respective rapes and sexual assaults, the County Court, sitting at Melbourne, heard.
