WALPEUP mother of three Rebecca Payne has been found guilty of murdering her 68-year-old husband, Noel Payne.

The jury deliberated for less than five hours to return the guilty verdict just after 2.30pm on Wednesday.

Ms Payne, 43, had pleaded not guilty to murder, but guilty to an alternative charge of manslaughter.
