A MAGISTRATE has jailed a family violence perpetrator for his treatment of women and repeated breaches of court orders, saying it was time he was imprisoned.

The 28-year-old Mildura man was sentenced to five months behind bars when he pleaded guilty to recklessly causing injury and multiple breaches of orders when he faced Mildura Magistrates' Court on Thursday.
