MILDURA police are appealing to the public to help identify the rider of a green dirt bike.
Police said the bike, possibly a Kawasaki, had been observed about 11.50am on Sunday in the Riverside Avenue and Eleventh Street area.
The rider evaded police and was last sighted heading towards Merbein.
Police said the rider was wearing a predominantly white helmet and dark jersey with pink accents.
