A POLICE operation has caught 10 drug-drivers in just three days on Mildura roads, in addition to detecting 45 traffic offences.

Operation Raid ran from last Friday to Sunday and focused on impaired drivers.

Mildura highway patrol Sergeant Mark McDonald said the number of people with illicit substances in their systems remained a concern.
